1.1. All photographs, images, text, graphics, logos, and other content displayed on Pixieset (collectively, the "Content") are the property of Christian Rodriguez Photography and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

1.2. You acknowledge and agree that Christian Rodriguez Photography retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content, including all intellectual property rights.

2. Use of Photographs

2.1. You may view, download, and print copies of the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you do not remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

2.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly perform, or otherwise use the Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Christian Rodriguez Photography.

3. Posting Photographs to Social Media

3.1. Christian Rodriguez Photography has the right to post and share photographs, images, or other Content from the Website on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others, for promotional and marketing purposes.
